Legal

Ask any lawyer worth his salt, and he will tell you that a disclaimer does not resolve a company from acting honestly according to ethical business practices, neither does it resolve a company from honoring contracts.

As an example asking a client to accept software "AS IS" is neither ethically justifiable nor legally valid.

Most disclaimers are not worth the paper they are written on, there are certain obligations either with or without a contract which are obligations; part of doing business.

We will define what it is we produce and the services we offer in an un-complicated way and make sure we deliver on promises we make.
